We have implemented a new Internet marketing strategy for our listings, a Personalized Virtual Tour.

So what is a Personalized Virtual Tour? Unlike many virtual tours that display pictures of the property with background music, we personally narrate each tour. We talk about the features of the home, the amenities of the neighborhood, and the additions and improvements that have been made to the home.

We believe these “personalized” virtual tours provide a method for buyers and their agents to connect with the home, and make it stand out and be memorable.

We make the personalized virtual tours available on the Internet through the home’s listing on the Multiple Listing System, our special web site at www.melindaduncanpodcast.com, You Tube, Craig’s List and iTunes as a video podcast that can be played on iPods.
