There are some pockets of depreciation in the Lexington market, however the good news is that houses in the $100K to $200K range are selling quickly and there is not that much inventory in that price range. It’s a buyer’s market and there is a lot of inventory in the $300K to 500K price range, so now is a great time to make a move up.
